I will travel to Vietnam next month, I am flying from Russia to Cambodia on 15^th of June 2012, and staying 2 weeks in Cambodia, after I enter Vietnam by land ( by bus) on 29^th of Jun 2012, living  in Hochiminh city within 1,5 months  after I will fly Hanoi and living 10 days, and then came back Russia by flying.

Please tell me, can I apply Vietnam visa on arrival ?
