Question:

hi. i just got my visa approval letter (single entry) to vietnam for a business trip to be held in Hanoi. however I am
planning to go to Ho Chi Minh to do some sight-seeing and shopping while in vietnam, can i use my australian
passport from hanoi to ho chi minh or do i need to get another visa to fly from hanoi to ho chi minh?

Be kindly noted that visa on arrival is applicable at three international airports in Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi or Da
Nang. Even when you may have your arrival airport changed from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh, there will be no problem.

In addition to, once you get your visa stamped at Hanoi airport, you have a right to travel internally in Vietnam.
